Malleability that conforms to atrial anatomy
Cardioblate™ CryoFlex™ surgical ablation probes are malleable, conforming to the shape of the atrium. The probes are available in 7 cm and 10 cm lengths.
Malleability
- The tip of the probe can be custom shaped quickly to meet the specific needs of the surgical case. A shaping tool is not required to control the contour of the CryoFlex™ probe.
Adjustable insulation sheath
- The ablation length of the probe tip can be adjusted using a sliding insulation sheath, helping to shield non-targeted tissue.
Argon-powered cryoablation
- Cardioblate™ CryoFlex™ probes, using Argon gas, reach temperatures of – 150 C in test freezes.
